- Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure student and staff safety.
Qualifications
- University / Master's degree
- Has a few years of teaching experience
- Speak and write good English fluently
- Familiar with children's curriculum
- Has leadership skills and experience in managing a group of people
- Able to supervise, plan, and manage a group of people
- Has good communication skills and can build rapport with teachers and parents as well
- Able to write detailed reports to be submitted to head office / Director
- Able to solve any tension/problems that arise within the school
- Handle daily operational activities in the school

School Curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, newsletter, circular, reports, event proposal
- School Routine Administration and Operation
- Teaching and learning process in the classroom
- Learning Support Facilities (e.g Library, Apple Town, Swimming Pool, Edu Toys. Visual Aids)
- Flow of Class Daily Routine (e.g Teachers Briefing, Morning Circle Time, Lining Up, etc
- Coordinate and closely work together with the principal concerning the above matters including supporting useful feedback which is in line with Apple Tree Pre-School Standard.
- Actively communicate and consolidate with related departments such as Human Resource and Training Department concerning Teacher Training and Professional Development.
- Report all the visitation and sit-in observation to Quality Excellence Manager.
